Pokémon Game Director Junichi Masuda himself is scheduled to appear on the next episode of Pokémon Smash! to make an announcement. This news is quite exciting because Masuda has a past record of appearing on the show to announce the release of a new Pokémon game. Although the fact of his appearance isn’t definitive proof that a game is going to be announced, fans estimate that this could be the reason behind it. Take any rumor you hear with a grain of salt, as we will know nothing for sure until Sunday. In Axew's Anime this week, the upcoming Japanese Pokémon: Best Wishes episodes are entitled "High-Speed! Battle Subway! Part One" and “High-Speed! Battle Subway! Part Two.” They both air on September 15th. In the episodes, Ash and his friends meet Nimbasa City’s Battle Subway Masters, Emmet and Ingo. Later in the week is the episode "Iris and Excadrill Against the Dragon Buster!" This episode airs on September 17th in the United States; it centers on Iris and her disconnected relationship with her Excadrill. It is the thirty-third episode of Pokémon: Black and White.
