Multiple new Porygon-related events have been announced for Japanese residents. A new Pokemon game book is coming out and will contain a special code that will allow them to participate in the event promotion to be held May 18, 2011 to April 26, 2012.
In the promotion, a Porygon can be obtained with its Dream World Ability, "Analytic," which does not change throughout its evolution. On the other hand, Porygon2 themed items will be available as Décor in Pokémon Dream World while Porygon-Z will be featured in a C-Gear skin. Also in this promotion, you can unlock a new Dream World House: the Treehouse; as well as this, you will obtain access to a hidden minigame that will give you a Poliwhirl with the ability "Swift Swim," a Smeargle with the ability "Moody," an Eevee with the ability "Anticipation," or a Burmy with the ability "Overcoat."

In Japan, the Pokémon: Best Wishes anime will continue with "Elgyem and the Unidentified Flying Object!" on May 5th. Elgyem is the new featured Pokemon in this episode, and Team Rocket has its eyes set on catching the Psychic-type Pocket Monster... Broadcasting on May 7th in the USA is "A Night in the Nacrene City Museum!" This episode will introduce Ash and the gang to the Normal-type Gym Leader, Lenora who curates the Nacrene City Museum complex. This installment centers on an upset Yamask in search of something it has lost within the museum. It is the fourteenth episode of Pokémon: Black and White.
