Raikou Hits Wi-Fi + More Names

Okay, I'm officially confused. I didn't post this originally because it was late news by the time I started covering Pokemon events, but the Shiny Legendary Beasts were to be distributed to European players via Wi-Fi Connection. End of story, right? Well no. Apparently now, Nintendo is distributing these Shiny Pokemon via Wi-Fi Connection to the United States and Australia, in addition to Europe. That means North American players can receive the Beasts all over again! I’m both somewhat pleased and angered; although I get another round of Shiny Beasts, it means that I went to GameStop THREE whole times for nothing I couldn’t get over Wi-Fi later. It’s just frustrating, right? I bet more of you feel that way, too. So, if you missed one of the legendary Johnto creatures here or there, now is your time to get 'em!


The United States, Australia, and Europe:


Shiny 13^th Movie Entei: February 7^th  to February 13^th  (Available on all Generation IV games)
Raikou is, as previously mentioned, the shiny version of the legendary Electric- type beast and knows the moves “Zap Cannon,” “Aura Sphere,” “Extremespeed,” and “Weather Ball.” It holds the Micle Berry and is at Level 30. Raikou is exclusively downloadable via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.


Shiny 13^th Movie Entei: February 14^th to February 20^rd (Available on all Generation IV games)
Entei is, as previously mentioned, the shiny version of the legendary Fire type beast and knows the moves “Flare Blitz,” “Howl,” “Extremespeed,” and “Crush Claw.” It holds the Custap Berry and is at Level 30. Entei is exclusively downloadable via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

Shiny 13^th Movie Suicune: February 21^st to February 27^th (Available on all Generation IV games)

Suicune is, as previously mentioned, the shiny version of the legendary Water type beast and knows the moves “Sheer Cold,” “Air Slash,” “Extremespeed,” and “Aqua Ring.” It holds the Rowap Berry and is at Level 30. Suicune is exclusively downloadable via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

Anyway, the Celebi event is actually also going to be available at Pokemon Black and White tour bus stops. That’s a perk, even if a bus doesn’t visit my city...
