Axew's Anime and 14th Movie Victini!

After the destruction in Japan as the result of the Sendai earthquake, TV Tokyo has retracted  "Team Rocket VS Team Plasma! (Part One)" and "Team Rocket VS Team Plasma! (Part Two)" from the air until further notice. This is because the episodes featured prominant damage to Castelia City and the Desert Ruins, and to be respectful, they removed the two episodes before broadcast so as not to have a repeat of a similar earthquake-related incident in 2004. Instead, TV Tokyo will air them at a later date and skip right ahead to playing "Castelia Gym Battle- Pure-Hearted Bug Pokemon Battle!" on the expected date of March 17th. They are planning to go back and play the two missing installments of Best Wishes at a later, more sensitive time in the near future so still as not to mess up the show's plotline.

A CoroCoro Magazine leak has also revealed more details of the Victini, and as such, the new data can be seen below.

14^th Movie Victini: April 16^th to August 31st (Available on both Generation V games)
Not surprisingly, Nintendo is giving away a Victini to moviegoers who preorder tickets to the newest Pokemon installments Victini and the Black Hero: Zekrom and Victini and the White Hero: Reshiram. This rare Victini will know the previously unattainable move “V-Create” and hold the event-exclusive Wishing Ribon. This event is just one of the several that will occur in Japan during the movie premiere. Because this is not a Wi-Fi event, but instead a wireless download event, Victini will be downloadable only to Japanese players instead of all Japanese games (but this does mean that foreign-equivalents of this event are likely).
